Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12 June 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Ledgerline website and in the Ledgerline platform.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to recognise your device between page loads and to remember information such as whether you are signed in.

What we use

  • Strictly necessary cookies. Used to keep you signed in to the platform, to protect against cross-site request forgery, and to route your session to the correct region. The site does not work without these, and they cannot be switched off.

  • Preference cookies. Remember choices you have made, such as light or dark appearance and your default reporting entity.

  • Product analytics. Aggregate, first-party measurement of which features are used inside the platform, so we know what to improve. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies anywhere on this site or in the product.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you accept or reject cookies, warn you when one is set, and delete cookies already stored. If you block strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in to the platform.

More information

How we handle personal data more broadly is set out in our Privacy Policy. Questions about this policy can be sent to us using the details on our contact page.
