Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 June 2026
These terms govern use of the Ledgerline website. Use of the Ledgerline platform itself is governed by the master services agreement signed between Ledgerline and your organisation. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence.
Who we are
Ledgerline provides treasury and cash-flow software to finance teams. We operate from offices in London and Amsterdam. Contracts are entered into with our UK entity or our Netherlands entity depending on where the customer is established.
Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or using our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying infrastructure, probe or scan it, or use automated means to extract content at a volume that degrades the service for others.
Accounts
Platform accounts are created by an administrator at your organisation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
The service
We provide the platform on the availability and support terms set out in your organisation's agreement. Ledgerline presents financial information and projections based on data supplied by you and by systems you connect. It is a reporting and forecasting tool. It does not constitute financial, accounting, tax or investment advice, and it does not replace your own review of your figures. Forecasts are estimates, and covenant calculations reflect the definitions you configure.
Customer data
Your organisation retains all rights in the data it provides to us. We process it only to provide and support the service, in line with the data processing terms in your agreement and our privacy policy. We do not use it to build or improve products for other customers.
Intellectual property
The platform, this website, and all content on it other than customer data remain the property of Ledgerline. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we may take it down for planned maintenance. Planned maintenance windows are notified to account administrators in advance. We are not liable for interruptions caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including failures at a bank, payment processor or other third-party system you have asked us to connect to.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in relation to your use of this website is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Liability in relation to the platform is dealt with in your organisation's agreement.
Termination
We may suspend or withdraw access to this website at any time. Suspension or termination of platform access is governed by your organisation's agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your organisation contracts with our Netherlands entity, in which case Dutch law and the courts of Amsterdam apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the website is the version that applies.
